Reef keeping & clownfish breeding
I continually refine each system’s water conditions, husbandry, and design to support coral growth, fish health, and biological stability. Photographs, video, and aquarium records track how each reef responds over time.
Coral growth & water chemistry
The Living Reef Observatory follows individual coral colonies through photographs, environmental measurements, and husbandry notes. The live reef camera lets you see the system behind those records.
Coral research
The research section follows ongoing M.S. work at the College of Staten Island, CUNY, focused on coral biology, growth, and responses to changing conditions.
