Refund policy

Returns, refunds, and replacements

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including purchases made in the wrong size, angle, color, or quantity. Please review product descriptions and selections before ordering. This policy applies to retail, discounted, and wholesale purchases.

Cancellations

Request any cancellation before we hand your parcel to USPS, UPS, or another carrier. Once handed to the carrier, an order cannot be canceled. Creating a shipping label alone does not count as carrier handoff. Rights concerning delayed or unfulfilled orders remain unaffected.

Inspect your delivery within 48 hours

Inspect your order upon arrival and report visible damage, missing items, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. If your order arrives undamaged and no issue is reported during that period, the sale is final, subject to applicable legal rights.

The 48-hour window begins at delivery and is for reporting delivery problems. It does not create a change-of-mind return period.

Lost, damaged, incorrect, or defective orders

We provide replacements at no additional charge for confirmed parcels lost or damaged in transit. If a replacement cannot be supplied, we will refund the affected goods and applicable shipping charges.

If tracking shows delivery but your parcel is missing, contact us within 48 hours of that notice. For a delayed parcel or a defect discovered later, contact us promptly.

Email reef.cloverson@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of any damage. Retain damaged items and packaging while we review the issue.

Do not send products back without instructions. If we require an incorrect or defective item to be returned, we cover return shipping and do not charge a restocking fee. Approved or legally required refunds are issued promptly to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.

This policy does not exclude legally required remedies for defective, incorrect, misdescribed, or undelivered goods, including defects discovered after the 48-hour reporting period.
