About Reef Cloverson
Reef Cloverson operates reefcloverson.com, bringing together aquarium husbandry, developing coral research, educational articles, and practical 3D printed aquarium products. These terms explain how purchases and use of this website are handled.
Products and orders
Our 3D printed products are designed in-house and printed in PETG unless a listing states otherwise. Review each listing for dimensions, compatibility, included items, and available variants. Small differences in printed surface texture or screen-displayed colors may occur; this does not excuse a defective or materially misdescribed product.
Provide accurate order, contact, and delivery information. Prices are displayed in US dollars unless another currency is clearly shown. Applicable taxes, discounts, and shipping charges are presented at checkout before you pay.
If an availability issue or material listing error affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding. If we cannot fulfill the order, the affected payment will be refunded promptly. Changes to prices or these terms do not retroactively change an order already placed.
Shipping, returns, and replacements
3D prints dispatch within two business days. Standard US shipping is $15, with free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $75 or more. No local pickup is offered.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Cancellation requests must be made before carrier handoff; an order cannot be canceled after handoff. Inspect your order and report visible damage, missing items, or an incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery. If the order arrives undamaged and no issue is reported during that period, the sale is final, subject to applicable legal rights. We provide replacements for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Wholesale accounts
Wholesale applications are reviewed manually. Submitting an application does not automatically approve an account. Use the email associated with your approved application to sign in and receive wholesale benefits.
Approved wholesale customers receive 35% off storewide. Wholesale orders require a minimum merchandise subtotal of $150 after discounts, before tax and shipping. Qualifying wholesale orders receive free standard US shipping at $75, the same threshold as retail orders. Confirm your discount and shipping total at checkout before paying. If a benefit is missing, contact us before completing the purchase.
Product use
Use products for their described purpose and check fit and condition before installation. Follow the care information on the product page and inspect aquarium equipment regularly. Contact us if you are unsure about a product's suitability for your setup.
Research and website content
Articles, colony records, and research updates are shared for education and discussion. A study's findings apply within its methods and limits; aquarium outcomes also depend on the system and husbandry conditions. External research, images, and other third-party material remain subject to their respective owners' rights.
Shopify and external services
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes information when you browse, maintain an account, or make a purchase. Its services can involve providers in other countries and, depending on the features used, information from interactions with Shopify and other merchants. Shopify explains its own processing and privacy choices in its Consumer Privacy Policy.
The website also links to research publications, social platforms, and external services, including the reef camera's video provider. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
